A new inter-regional bus route connecting Guangzhou's Huangpu District to Macao and Zhuhai has been launched, reducing travel time to just 2.5 hours at a budget-friendly fare of 26.8 yuan one-way.
Operated by Guangdong-Macao Direct Bus and Baoneng Travel, the route departs from the Baoneng Guangzhou Arena in Huangpu and reaches Gongbei Port in Zhuhai, a gateway to Macao, in less than three hours. Currently, there are eight daily round trips available, with plans to expand to ten by late 2025.

From Huangpu, Guangzhou:
Dashadong Metro Station (Exit D) – Opposite the police station.
Shuanggang Metro Station (Exit A).
Suyuan Metro Station (Exit D) – Curbside pickup.
Baoneng Guangzhou Arena – Main departure point.
From Zhuhai, Guangdong:
Gongbei Bus Stop – Opposite Zhongzhu Tower, west gate of Hai'an Garden.
Xiangzhou District Government Bus Stop – Towards Shangchong direction.
Beijing Institute of Technology Bus Stop.
Guantang Bus Stop – Towards Xiashan direction.
Timetable & Tickets
8 daily round trips: From 8:20 AM to 7:20 PM.
Fares: 26.8 yuan one-way; tickets can be purchased via Baoneng Travel's WeChat service (宝能旅游) or onsite counters.
Hong Kong Link Added
The separate route linking Huangpu to Hong Kong has also been upgraded, with buses now reaching downtown Hong Kong, Disneyland, and Hong Kong International Airport. Operated by Eternal East Group, this service strengthens transport ties within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
