The Guangdong Provincial Meteorological Observatory forecasts that the next three days will see increased cloud cover across the province, with light rain expected in some cities and counties. From November 1 to 4, a series of weak cold air masses will continuously affect the region, leading to a gradual decline in temperatures.

The average daily temperature is expected to drop by 3–6°C. In northern Guangdong, minimum temperatures will range from 14°C to 17°C, creating a cool feeling in the mornings and evenings. Additionally, northeast winds over Guangdong's coastal waters will intensify, reaching strengths of 6–7, with gusts up to 8–9.

Looking ahead to November, Guangdong's weather is predicted as follows: compared to the average over the past 30 years, rainfall in the southern part of the province is expected to increase by 20–30 percent, while other regions may see a decrease of 10–20 percent. Average temperatures in western Guangdong are projected to be 0.1–0.5°C lower, while other areas may experience temperatures 0.1–0.5°C higher. The average minimum temperature across most of the province is likely to be 0.1–0.5°C higher.

Furthermore, four cold air events are anticipated in November, roughly occurring on November 2–3 (weak), November 8–11 (weak), November 19–21 (weak), and November 27–29 (weak). Under their influence, the northern regions may experience about three days of frosty weather by mid-to-late November.
